The viewing terrace on the Palace of Culture is the highest point in the city that tourists can reach. We recommend the enter the terrace especially in the evening hours, when the nearby skyscrapers shine in bright office white light.

What can you see from up here?
From this height, you see all the vastness of the city. But everything also looks quite small from here. The Old Town, for example, is quite difficult to recognize. Therefore, we recommend visiting this viewing point especially in the evening hours. The illuminations of the streets with the thousands of white and red lights of the cars and especially the skyscrapers really make a big impression.
Accessibility
The Palace of Culture itself is barrier-free. Stair lifts have been installed everywhere so that wheelchair users, for example, can reach the various floors. Ask the guard, they will help you.
Things are more difficult on the square in front of the palace. It is possible to access the main entrance, but the streets and the square are a bit bumpy.
