3. Explore Warsaw on a personalised route

Your guide will create the itinerary around your interests, available time and preferred pace.

4. Flexible stops along the way

Depending on your wishes, the tour may include historic landmarks, local neighbourhoods, hidden corners, cafés or viewpoints.

5. Finish at a convenient location

End the tour at a place agreed with your guide, such as the Old Town, city centre, your hotel or another preferred location.

Large-group options (aboce 30 pax)

For groups of more than 30 participants, a second guide is required. Alternatively, you can rent tour guide headsets for €3 per person, allowing the entire group to follow one guide comfortably.

You can select the preferred option during checkout or arrange it after booking by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.

No credit card?

You don’t have a credit card to pay online or would rather pay on the spot? That’s no problem. Make your reservation by e-mail, SMS (WhatsApp) or phone. We also accept EUR. Please note: Only cash payment is possible on site.

Check-in details

Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. There is no need to arrive earlier.

• Water, especially on warm days
• An umbrella or rain jacket in case of rain
• Sun protection, such as sunscreen, a hat or a UV-protection umbrella on hot days
• A charged mobile phone in case you need to contact the guide

Disclaimers

• The tour takes place rain or shine. Please check the weather forecast and wear suitable clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
• The itinerary is tailored to your interests and may be agreed in advance or discussed with your guide at the beginning of the tour. The final route and order of stops may be adjusted due to weather conditions, street closures, public events, security restrictions, opening hours or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Entry to museums, churches, viewpoints and other attractions is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, admission fees, public transport tickets, food and drinks are not included in the tour price.
• Please note that this is primarily a walking tour. The route, pace and number of stops will be adapted to the selected duration and, whenever possible, to the needs of your group.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity begins.
Cancellations made between 24–48 hours prior to the start time will incur a 70% fee.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time are non-refundable.
