    Meeting point

    Krakowskie Przedmiescie 1

Meeting point is at the Copernicus Monument, which is 2 metres high and sits on a three-metre-high plinth.

The city guide holds a white umbrella in his hand.

    What you can expect

The beauty of Warsaw’s Royal Route stems from the fact that it looks visually exactly as it did in the centuries before, i.e. partly as Canaletto painted it at the end of the 18th century.

This was the centre of the city, so it was here that our musical genius found ideal conditions, without which he could not have had such a glorious career.

That is why we are organising this tour! Because we can show exactly where Chopin lived, learned, played and grew up. This one-kilometre stretch, this Krakowskie Przedmiescie Street, covers everything from the first 20 years of his life. The guide will tell you everything you need to know about Chopin, show you everything related to him and teach you a good basis for understanding his music.

During the tour, you will also visit the miniature park, because there you will find the model of the Saxon Palace. The original palace was blown up in 1944. The entrance fee is included in the price.

After just under 75 minutes, the city guide will take you to the concert hall. There you will have enough time to visit the toilet and freshen up.

The concert begins punctually at 6 pm. You will be thrilled. We only work with this organiser because he is the only one who can guarantee that the quality is convincing every day. The owner, Mrs Kraszewska, has been playing the piano herself for over 20 years and knows exactly who she can and cannot hire.

We guarantee you a successful and informative tour and a professional concert. The only thing we cannot guarantee is good weather!

    Highlights
Visit to the Church of the Holy Cross, where Chopin's heart is immured; the city guide shows all the flats of the Chopin family; visit to the Visitant Church, where the young Chopin played the organ; walk along the romantic Kozia Street; Castle Square; visit to the Miniatures Park on the Royal Route; Chopin concert in the Old Town.
